#believeinfilm probably my most popular photo on flickr (in terms of views, comments, favourites) - it is from a broken camera. Read what you will into that; about flickr users and about the rest of my photography…
Bronte Bell chapel cemetery, Bradford. Taken on Lomo LC-A with expired Agfa Vista 100. Trying (and failing?) to take non-black and white photography in a grave yard, is this more honest? As an ex-Harolder, I have spent a lot of time in cemeteries, this one in particular. Is the colour a more accurate representation of the grave stone? Would the use of black and white improve the image, or would the black and white be a gimmick of creating a mood, that simply wasn’t present? It was a sunny day; the feeling was pleasant and the colours from the Agfa Vista beautifully capture that of the stonework in my opinion.
#believeinfilm #filmmwins More @CityParkBD and @BradfordOdeon night shots. From a different time to the previous night shots (I think!). Long exposure with Lomo LC-A on expired Agfa Vista 100.
Not the usual kind of thing that I do but a flipped “mirror” double exposure of Bradford Mirror Pool - wanted to take a photo that explored the literal idea of the reflective pool. Taken with Diana Mini on expired cross processed Kodak E100VS.
Here’s coldkennels with his Fed5 for a Lomography meet, Shipley. Taken with Great Wall on Fuji Neopan 400CN.
